One price everywhere
On the page, in the calculator, in the message to the manager and in the quote — one version of the price list. The server recalculates every request.
No double selling
If the fridge is already in VIP, the calculator marks it “Included in package” and will not let you add it again.
Minimum and travel next to the price
The minimum order and logistics to your district are separate lines on the receipt, not something said after the call.
Estimate ≠ final
“From” means “from”. The final sum is fixed in the quote before the crew leaves, not on site.

Questionsasked first
Will the price change after the call?+
No, if the parameters stay the same. The server recalculates every request with the same price list as the calculator. If the area or condition differs, the manager agrees a new quote before the crew leaves — not on site.
What does “Included in package” mean?+
The Standard and VIP packages already include part of the extras (in VIP, for example, the fridge and the oven inside). The calculator will not let you add them a second time.
What is the minimum order?+
Deep cleaning, after renovation and special jobs — from 4,999 UAH (window washing is counted together with cleaning, upholstery is a separate bill). Upholstery or windows alone, without cleaning — from 2,000 UAH for the technicians’ call-out. Regular cleaning — from 1,999 UAH per visit (one-off and recurring), a subscription without our equipment — from 1,499 UAH. In Kharkiv and Odesa it is 10% less. The top-up to the minimum is always a separate line on the receipt.
How much does the crew’s travel cost?+
We calculate logistics like a taxi: pickup fee plus kilometers from our office to your district, there and back. The sum is a separate line on the receipt before you order.
Do you work outside Kyiv?+
Yes: Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odesa regions, other cities of Ukraine on request.
How do I track the crew?+
After an online order you receive a link to your account: status from “Request received” to “Done”, a checklist of zones and a photo report.
Can I do it without phone calls?+
Yes. Send photos in Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber — we open a chat with the request already written — or place the order online.
