What data we receive
- — Phone number or messenger handle, name (optional), e-mail for B2B.
- — Cleaning details: region, district, address, date, area, selected jobs.
- — Photos, videos and documents (briefs) that you upload yourself.
- — Technical data: UTM tags of an ad click; site events — only if analytics is connected.
Why
- — To contact you, prepare a quote and carry out the order.
- — To show the order status in your account via your link.
- — To measure how ads perform (Google Analytics / Google Ads), if analytics is switched on.
Who receives it
- — BIGclean managers and crews — within the order.
- — Notification services (Telegram) — only the text of the request for the manager.
- — We do not sell data or pass it on for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
- — Requests and files — for as long as needed for the order and bookkeeping. Deletion — on your request.
Your rights
- — To find out what data we hold; to correct or delete it; to withdraw consent.
- — For clients in the EU — rights under the GDPR, including a complaint to the supervisory authority of your country.
